hello Dr I have 5month old baby I m suffering from hair fall can I take biotin or vitamin c tablet is don't effect my baby

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to hormonal change after delivery. please massage your hir with kalaunjee and almond oil and also clean with amla shikakai and reetha. and add one amla in your daily diet which is full of vitamin c. and Medicine and vitamins after doctor prescription only.
