I have 5 month old child. and she has some skin irritation on her knee.like itchy round.we also call "dhadhar" in gujarati. she has this problem last 2-3 month.i am using my dr. recommended cream and powder.but problem is that the round mark is going very clean and than repeat again and again.so I was worried that when will that going permanently.i send u photo please suggest me what should I do.i m living in village area so visiting skin dr. is quite difficult in this covid time.

A. probably your baby is having allergic rashes secondary to contact dermatitis you have to remove the alergin causing this type of urticarial rashes if possible you can consult a skin specialist

Maintain hygiene
Avoid spicy chilli things on your diet if baby is on breast feeding
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Sprinkle powder often
Keep baby hydrated
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment or go with alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda for ring worms
Take more water fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
