Hello dr, I am suffering from major pain in my nipple actually I am a breastfeeding mom of 8 months old and also on my nipple there is a white spot.

White spot could be due to dryness or fungal infection and the pain that you are facing could be associated with nerve so in this case it’s better to take an assessment with your doctor and they will advise you with medicine that you can take to reduce the pain
