hello Dr, I am 2 months of twin babies mother. after I feed my babies I makes her to burp. still they splitting may I use rocker to make relax after feeding. many times I was alone to handle them. Pls tell ideas

A. Hello dear parent! Babies spitting even after burping is normal as it can be due to acid reflux. As long as your babies are active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine then nothing to worry. Let the child’s head be in a little elevated position while feeding. Give good tummy time everyday. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
