Hello Dr, Good morning my Son is 3 years 2 months old, his height ad weight is good, he tells Alphabets ad numbers 1to10. everytime I make him to sit ad I sing Rhymes to him ad he enjoyed it. the thing is last week we consulted Dr for regular check up ad we complained about his very less talk. Dr refered for the Speech therapy. my baby uses mobile a lot ad Dr said media explosure is more affected. Do we need to consult the Speech therapist.

A. At as early as three months of age, babies with developmental delays begin to show signs. While it may seem too early to see a speech therapist, it's never too early to monitor signs. If you notice any concerns, talk to your child's pediatrician.
