Hello Dr, Good Day, Now my baby have 8month old , can I give spinach daily??. would you please share me the best timing for giving fruits d spinach also

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello good to give baby fruits by 4 pm and do not give on the late evening or night as some babies can catch cold and spinach and other vegetables puree can be given any time and any concern then it s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
