Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to give the paracetamol only when the child is having fever that is armpit temperature is 100 or more and if the temperature is less than hundred then at that time just to body sponge and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day
