hello Dr,can we give iron and vitamin D3drops together to 4month old baby? I already gave them with 2minutes gap between each😓 for nearly one month.kindly clarify it

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician1 Year agoA. yes you can give both vitamin d3 and iron drops together no need to worry for that also note this No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help. Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

See when you give two different supplements it is not advisable to give them together you should maintain a gap so if you want to give them you should give one in the evening or in one in afternoon or give it at least with a gap of one hour or so as of now no problem with what u have given
