hello......Dr. after vaccination my baby servive in fever only one day......due to fever he didn't take proper milk.....when he burp then vomit whole milk... ........and in sleeping mood he vomit.since 3....4 days...........one day passing 3times stool...and another day only 1 time.............. before vaccination he suffers Gastrocolic reflex...........he totally depends on formula milk ........ please guide me.........what's problem and solution......

A. if the child has got DPT vaccination it may cause fever high grade and also pain and swelling more than injection sites you can give paracetamol to reduce the fever and can repeat after every 6 hours if again required
