Hello does makhana cause constipation? and can i give it on a daily basis?

A. Excessive makhanas can cause constipation. So try to give it in a moderate quantity. Also it is better to give it twice or thrice a week than daily. There are chances the child may get bored about the same food and too much makhanas can cause constipation. So always plan varieties including all kind of veg, fruits, nuts, pulses, cereals so that all the nutrient needs of the child is met.
