hello doctr plz help me.....my baby is 1 year 6 month old. he take breast feed but today i take first dose of covid shield vaccine and my baby suffering from cold cough and fever. plz suggest me can i feed him or not....plz help he is crying too much

continue to breastfeed.
breastfeeding should continue without interruption as there is no risk to the baby.
