hello doctors! my son is 3 year old. he is not understand that he needs to eat or sleep, all time wants to play only.. any tricks that support?

Please reduce her screen time and reduce her intake of salt and sugar
avoid maida items , packaged and processed food ,
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
