hello doctors , my baby is 5 mo and is on mom's feed completely has loose motions , greenish in colour 4-5 times a day since the last 10 days. we got stool micro done , it shows pus and mucus present. attaching report..pls help

It Is just a stomach infection that your child is suffering from which is why there are these issues so you consult a doctor go for a proper course of antibiotics because that is only going to help in reducing down the infection out of the system and that’s what is going to be the right thing to be
