Hello doctors, My 2 years 9 months daughter has white patches at the corner of her mouth, and one eyelid. Can anyone tell me the reason? could it be the start of vitiligo, please let me know iam bit concerned. please tell me can vitiligo be treated in babies at early stages?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by thlihe doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
