hello doctors "I stopped breastfeeding about 4 months ago, and for the past few days, I've been experiencing pain in my breasts, and they have become quite saggy. What should I do?"

A. See you should consult your gynaecologist because you had quite long back but still if the breast is paining suddenly after this long time then it’s advisable to have an assessment with your doctor without that it would be difficult to figure out what maybe the issue so it’s better to go for a checkup first

A. Your breasts did not change because of breastfeeding. The changes occurred during pregnancy, and bottle feeding mums experience these changes as well. Some firmness will return on its own with time. There isn’t much you can do to change the density of your breasts. You can maintain a healthy weight, build a little muscle to support the tissue, and possibly go without a bra, as this sometimes can help the breasts maintain their inner support. The best thing you can do for yourself is learn to love your new body. Your body did something wonderful! Be kind to yourself. Be proud of yourself!
