POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a bit for outside foods. Start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
