hello doctors, have 4 month 26 days baby. now After c section delivery I have too much back pain n West please give me suggestions. what can I do

Do you do epidural a lot of women can face this kind of a problem you should have done Keagle exercises right after your delivery that helps a lot in reducing down the page if you would want you can start doing that you can keep hot water bottle or heat pad to reduce on your back pain further more do you need to check with your doctor is needed
