Hello Doctors and Mother's , My baby completed one month today and I see this yellowish discharge and tears in right eye form her eyes since yesterday.. Kindly help. Picture attached

Normally kids do not have tears and this age and they see yellow discharge could be just due to sleeping for a longer duration sometimes I buggies can get accumulated so currently I’m going to suggest you to clean the eyes of your child with warm water and do a massage the mood of your child in between the area of the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise which is going to help in opening up the duct blockage
