Q.

Hello doctors and mom's pls tell me some good foods to improve platelets count for my son who s 3.9 year old.. he s suffering from dengue... and I can see some rashes on his cheeks and foot too. it's very itching and red in color. what can I do for this itching?

A. Have you consulted your doctor recently? If there are rashes and if the baby is getting red patches all over the body then the doctor might also advise platelet transfusion depending upon the platelet count. Just keep giving high protein diet and iron rich diet and the platelet counts should improve all by themselves once the infection reducesWrite Your Answer Here

A. Thank u madam . yes we have consulted doctor.. dr said it's due to dengue only it's happening..

A. Use Nmfe Vitamin E cream cream for irritation and itchiness on cheeks Also would like to advise you you can give good amount of beetroot pomegranate and spinach to your child on daily basis the most likely like a salad and do consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan for the child
