hello doctor, yesterday night my baby took feed at 12.30. and he sleeps till 7.30am. now a days he sleeps for long at nit time. 2days before he got 2nd dose vaccination. bweight:2kg c.weight : 5.6kg this long time sleep is any pbm? kindly define this pbm.

A. Dear mum, your baby’s weight gain has been absolutely normal, do not worry. It’s fine if your baby is sleeping at a stretch without feeding. You should feed as per your baby’s demand. If your baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
