Hello doctor! Yesterday I slipped and fell down in the bathroom while carrying the baby. She didn't cry much and seemed to be fine after a minute or two. She was playing and was fine till she was asleep. But at night her body temperature was high and today she was fatigue . What to do? Please suggest
