Hello doctor Why is my 5-month-old baby passing urine and poop after every feed? Is that a good sign, or should I be worried? Could this cause weight loss?

A. Look if the child is not having loose motions then there is nothing for you to be worried in this if it is a loose motion then it’s a problem otherwise this kind of behaviour in most of the cases is considered very normal for a child
