hello doctor.....why does my 5year old son have upper stomach pain after eating??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom could be a stomach infection, observe his motion output , and his thirst as well.
Give him warm water , curds, butter milk , also fruits and vegetable the fibre would also be helpful.
