DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and if you eat enough nutritious food items then there’s no any medicine for his growth and after weaning give him nutritious food items and calcium vitamin d3 supplements

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. film on there is no need to give any kind of medication till the time child is not having any kind of the deficiency As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits
