Hello doctor,,, when should I use stretch mark cream,, during pregnancy time,if so from which month..or after delivery.

A. Hello Stretch marks appear due to elasting of skin during pregnancy.In some ladies stretch marks vanish on their own after delivery 6-12 months of delivery. Apply Shea butter or Coco butter after 6-8 months of delivery on stretch marks and gently massage for 5-10 minutes in circular motion twice daily. You can also apply coconut oil with vitamin E oil but Shea butter gives you better results.
