To help child gain weight, include variety of fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, banana, sweet potato, milk shakes with dry fruits, cereals, legumes, eggs, chicken, fish, ghee and 500-600 ml milk daily. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
