hello doctor, today when I was giving bath to my 5 month 26 days old daughter while cleaning her nose yellowish mucus with little red blood stain came from her write nose.. earlier she used to get cold and cough alot but after giving vitamin D nd taking in sun it has reduced.. since two days we stared using fan since then she started nose block.. two days back her head has banged in to wall by mistake.. she is active and also passing her urine like earlier kindly suggest the reason of the blood stain.
