Hello doctor this is swelling in my son's Breast.he feels some pain when it is touched .it is only one side

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that yous may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindldy visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. This is called gynecomastia, and it's normal. In fact, about half of all boys develop it during puberty. It usually goes away as a guy finishes puberty.
