hello doctor , this image I attached already you said it's allergy .... we consulted our local doctor he said to apply mupirocin ... it had gone in4 days ... but the problem is it again emerges just down to the affected area .... what to do now sir ...and why it is spreading ... pls suggest to get rid of this

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please apply the same ointment and also you should maintain proper hygiene and also apply coconut oil on daily basis on effective skin. Take care
