Father of a 8 m old girl7 months ago
Q.

Hello Doctor, Thanks for support ! My baby is six weeks old today. - She is not yet making eye contact or identifying mother as of now. - Her hunger demand has increased a lot and sleeping time is reduced. - not responding to sounds much - always crying and face is getting red while crying. We are worried if she is okay in terms of brain development. Can you help us to identify if she is doing good. Thanks again !

A. Hello my dear parent! Eye contact can happen anywhere between 2 to 3 months, depending on the babies’s growth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
