hello doctor Shruti here I want ask that my baby is having fever from yesterday day I have the temperature and it's 36.9 .c

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the as ..first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is 100 or above 100 F. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. If no other symptoms then no need to worry. Take care
