hello doctor, should I be concerned that my three yo is having spoiled tooth almost all, and they are deep black , will it affect her in future? what should I do?

consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of your kid's decayed milk teeth and early treatment of those teeth to prevent further progress of caries and damage to teeth

visit the doctor and accordingly treatment..
maintain hygiene
it is important to maintain good oral hygiene.
brushing twice is recommended.
keep baby well hydrated
