Q.

Hello doctor Post delivery doctor has advised the to give kidrich D3 drops one time a day for a year. Is it mandatory to give for a year? And why do they suggest such a long period?

A. hi yes , it is ok to give it till that time but it is not necessary to give instead of it, just give apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is Best source of vitamin D
