Hello doctor please suggest what to do as my 5 month old son is badly suffering blocked nose since last 1 month no medication is working his doctor said that it is due to allergy but it’s not recognised that what is he allergic from. I gave him steam using baby rub. Plz suggest what to do now

A. hi please do the following things: keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping. put a bowel of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child bed approx 1.4 feet far overnight, the smell is not so pleasant but it surely heals. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
