Hello doctor … please suggest what should be the ideal weight of the 4mnths old baby girl? My baby is 7kgs.. the birth weight was 3.870 is the weight gain is ok or slow?? She is onlu on breastfeed she refuses the bottle fees even if the milk in bottle is mothers milk.. she also does not like ta formula milk

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 7 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby girl, considering a birth weight of 3.87 kg. For healthy weight gain, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.

Its Great Cibi approximately take it as 4 KG at the time of your child has almost double the birth weight by now so that’s absolutely great because mostly by the age of six months we consider the weight Two double by the age of six months no child is taking feed properly and gaining appropriately then that’s awesome
