A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can use birth control pills called mini pills no harm in that if you are breast feeding. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
