hello doctor please help me I'm facing hairfall problem from last 1 year after my delivery what is good for me

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also massage your hair with almond oil. and kalaunjee oil.. and lso clean with amla, shikakai and reetha powder. and add one amla in your diet in any form on daily basis.
