Q.

hello doctor please help me i am 36 weeks pregnant and in my last ultrasound report it is written accessory lobe of placenta. please help is there any thing to worry. On 1st Feb dr. has said for c- section. i have attached my report.

A. may require a blood transfusion and hysterectomy (removal of your uterus). Pregnancy care providers diagnose placenta accreta during pregnancy or during delivery. Treatment usually involves an early Cesarean delivery (C-section) followed by a hysterectomy to minimize the risk of severe complications.

A. hi such condition can affect your delivery so please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist and strictly follow his or her advice it is important
