Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. it appear to be some type of dermatitis for which anti inflammatory medicine along with moisturizing lotion will be required so please meet your doctor for the particular medicine and try to keep the skin of the child more moisturized
