Hello doctor Our baby boy is 23 days old and he is suffering from motion problem.Can we use any medical syrups for our baby?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrationuu is required if loose motions agre associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

You can give entrogermina drops it probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. You should also make some changes in your diet plan because babies digestion totally depends on Mother diet . Still your baby doesn’t get relieved that in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it
