hello doctor now my baby is 1year complete, he doesn't eat curd ,that's why I feed it mixed with porridge , won't it cause any harm?

A. it's ok just skip it. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes.
