Hello Doctor...Now my baby is 18 months old..yet the feeding is going on..How to stop that .and also she is not eating properly...she eats only fruits

Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding.
Distract your toddler.
Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

gradually you can wean.
for that, first you need to understand your child feeding pattern and hunger cues and then try to offer food before your child ask for feeding
try food with different taste and different texture
