hello doctor normal delivery for me 9 month end my girl baby 13 month I breastfeeding . till I have back pain when I get relief pls suggeste

Hi If you have had a back pain for such a long time but it is not going to go on its own you should start working out specially the back exercises you could start with basic yoga wherein back exercises are very good and easy and very important which will help in regulating the pain also it would completely depend on the posture of yours and you are sitting and doing other work
