hello doctor n everyone.I wanna ask that my son is 5 yrs old n since few days he is repeating his name again n again.I m very stressed.Is this normal behaviour.I have completely cut his screen time from mobile.Instead he watches Motu Patlu or rudra on tv.Plz suggest me wt to do.I don't know y he is repeating his name again n again

Mam first of all I would recommend you to stop showing these cartoons that you are showing to the child I do agree that they are still according to us we feel they are good but Motu Patlu also does not have very good language and Rudra is very good but it is very You know unbelievable kind of a thing so I think you should avoid these things and what your child is doing right now your child has learnt it from somewhere in an obsession with your own name like you know how Rudra says every time when he Rudra says his own dialogue he says his name if you see Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah you’ll say how Tappu uses his name all the time you know sometimesused to break this talk and understand why your child is doing it talk to your child give regular counselling and put your child into some class instead of showing this TV time to the child and slowly with regular counselling and monitoring and assessing the behaviour things are going to get better
