Hello doctor my twins daughters are not taking their lunch nd dinner from few months but having all the other snacks please suggest some solutions

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Avoid outside foods as much as possible. Keep changing the menu so that the kids will taste different foods and flavours. Involve your kids in family meals to encourage healthy eating. Give finger foods. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Check with your doctor for any vitamin deficiency.
