hello doctor, my sons legs fingers skins are peeling off layer by layer is it due to the climate or some thing else....wht should i do to heal it

A. i use himalaya baby soap for him

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and his skin at his toes is peeling off so mostly vitamin b complex deficiency so give him syrup Zincovit 5 ml at night and don’t use harsh soap
