Hello doctor my son who is 3 years old is having dry coughing in the sleep only. he coughs only at night and sometimes when he wakes up. please do suggest what could be the reason and remedies for it 🙏

A. give him nebulization Or steam inhalation before going to sleep, you may give warm turmaric milk to him. give little incline sleeping position, if coughing reflux is more severe once meet ur doctor.
