hello doctor my son who is 3 years old he had fever since few days cbc count showed 1400 wbc and 8 hb and physical examination showed mild hepatospleenomegaly. he was on antibiotics. my query his will the hepatospleenomegaly will resolve and hb will rise. ?

A. hello rather that these reports you need ti see the cause of fever ans different infections can cause these changes and most if them resolve back to normal later but some may not. so better ti consult.
