Hello Doctor, my son was 10 months old, he was not take food properly, he have a very heat body , what can I do for this problem

please measure the temperature, if it is 100f or above please consult your pediatrician.
as it might be teething phase.
please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child
provide silicone teether
offer soft food like khichdi rice fruits etc to your child
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
