Q.

hello doctor my son turn 3 months 15 days, he suffering nausea vomiting and blotting... we have used ondansetron oral solution ip 2mg/5ml and Gastica Drops 15 ml is used. But still baby has multiple burps with stomach ache... wt to do??

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzymde preparationts like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
